Refund and Returns Policy

You can send back any product you bought within 14 days of getting it, as long as you don’t open, damage, spoil or use it. To ask for a product return, log in to the system and follow the steps under “Cancellation / Return Requests” in the membership menu.

We won’t take back any products that are opened, used, damaged or similar. That’s why you should check the product when it arrives and open the package in front of the delivery person. If something is wrong (like Missing product, Damaged product), make a report with the delivery person that explains the problem clearly. If you don’t do this, we’ll assume that everything was fine and you got your order as expected. We won’t accept any complaints later.

If you send back a product or products or cancel your order, and the product or products meet the return conditions, we’ll give you your money back within 2-7 days after we get the product from you. If you paid with a credit card, your bank will process the refund in a few days. We can’t control how long this takes and it depends on your bank.

If Ultra Pets sees that the product or its package has been opened, changed, broken, damaged, torn, used or similar, and that the product is not in the same condition as when we sent it to you, we won’t accept the return and we won’t give you your money back. In these cases, you have to pay for all the shipping costs when the product comes to us and goes back to you.

We’ll send your money back to the bank account that owns the card within 2-7 working days. Your bank might show the refund on your credit card account right away. If this happens, you need to call your bank’s credit-card services. When you see a “Refunded” message about your order, it means we’ve sent back the full amount to your credit card or to your bank account where you made the transfer. If you bought something in installments, your bank will show the refund as a positive balance on your credit card every month.

One more thing; when you return a product that was damaged or defective when it arrived, you should use the same delivery company (because we have a contract with them). If you use a different delivery company, you have to pay for the shipping costs yourself.
